Today, Dreamforce is the gold standard of professional conferences, taking the Bay Area by storm for one week every year and featuring speakers so influential that many attendees may even be checking an experience off their bucket list. DREAMFORCE 2018 GRID®

The G2 Crowd Dreamforce Gridscape illustrates customer satisfaction and market presence scores of products whose companies are sponsoring Dreamforce 2018. To be included, products must have at least 20 reviews on G2 Crowd. Leaders on the Grid® are large, well-established companies with high satisfaction scores. High Performers are companies that have high satisfaction scores but are still in the building process, yielding a lower market presence score.

Use the Grid® during the conference as a tool to measure different satisfaction and market presence scores of sponsors, but remember, the Grid® is not category-based, so products on the Gridscape may not compete with one another. Be part of the action!

While we normally compare solutions within the same category (all CRM software, all sales intelligence tools, etc.), we’re changing it up for Dreamforce 2018 to give you a real-time look at how its sponsors and exhibitioners compare in customer satisfaction (x-axis) and market presence (y-axis).
